Zero Fabric Waste
Nellie WemusAt The Sassy Olive, we take fabric waste seriously –meaning we produce ZERO! All of our fabric scraps are either utilized for product, donated, or sent to ReTold to be recycled into something brand new. We also use our spent tissue paper from our fabric printing process to wrap customer purchases and even tie it with fabric scraps to add a custom up-cycled touch!
Do you have a use for scrap fabric? Scraps can be great for sensory play for children, classroom activities, weaving fabric yarn, as stuffing or filler for other sewing projects, or just to keep a variety of options on hand.
These bags may include but not limited to scraps of headband fabric in chunks or shredded, cotton pieces, sample furniture upholstery, velvet, knit, and more.
