Return/Exchange Policy
In-Store Purchases
In-store items and Sassy Olive handmade products can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of original purchase and with receipt.*
Items must be returned at the same location of purchase and must be unworn, have all original tags attached, and be in new condition. Management reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if it is determined the product does not meet our return requirements.
* Items with gift receipts can be returned within 45 days of purchase.
Online Purchases
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased on our website, you may do so by contacting us within 10 days of the delivery date at orders@thesassyolive.online.
If the item is unworn or there is a production flaw, you will receive a full refund or exchange once the product is received by us.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return or exchange is due to a production or shipping error by The Sassy Olive.
If the buyer would like to return or exchange products purchased online at our retail store, an appointment must be made with a manager by emailing retail@thesassyolive.online.
We are not responsible for packages once they have left our hands and are in possession of the Postal Service. We do not hold responsibility for stolen items or for items that are damaged or lost in transit. Route Package Protection is offered at checkout and ensures free replacement or refund of lost packages. If a customer opts out of the protection, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the USPS for any issues related to delivery.
All jewelry, sale, clearance, special offers, subscription and live virtual market sales are final.
The Sassy Olive reserves two weeks handling time from the time the order is placed until the time the order is shipped for regular orders. Custom orders are typically ready no more than 21 days depending on time taken to finalize the design.
