We print all of our designs, so anything you see on our website is an option. Browse headbands using filters to view by category such as floral, tie dye, paisley, boho, and when you see one you like, type the name of the product into the description box. Pattern sizing will be as you see on the headband.

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased on our website, you may do so by contacting us within 10 days of the delivery date at orders@thesassyolive.online.

If the item is unworn or there is a production flaw, you will receive a full refund or exchange once the product is received by us.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return or exchange is due to a production or shipping error by The Sassy Olive.

We are not responsible for packages once they have left our hands and are in possession of the Postal Service. We do not hold responsibility for stolen items or for items that are damaged or lost in transit. Route Package Protection is offered at checkout and ensures free replacement or refund of lost packages. If a customer opts out of the protection, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the USPS for any issues related to delivery.

All jewelry, sale, clearance, special offers, subscription, live virtual market, and custom sales are final.
